Mission:  Writing Through is an international educational nonprofit which uses creative writing as a tool to develop thinking skills, language fluency, and self-esteem in marginalized and at-risk populations. Our goal is to unlock suppressed voices wherever they may be, one poem, one story at a time.

Project support request:  Strategy, business planning

Writing Through is seeking to expand, primarily in the US, to achieve scale globally. We are presently seeking someone on a pro-bono basis to create a business plan that will meet our goals.

Writing Through currently offers its workshops in Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam, and the US. During the Covid-19 pandemic Writing Through has adapted to an online service delivery model that has allowed it to deliver workshops remotely. In 2020 Writing Through began to offer its workshops in the US on a pilot basis.
