Relationships are often the most valuable resource alumni can offer.
An introduction to the right advisor, funder, board member, nonprofit leader, institution, or potential partner can open doors that would otherwise remain closed.

Each Current Initiative has different needs and opportunities.

How It Works
HRX8 exists to reduce friction between people who want to help and initiatives that need help.
When an initiative identifies a need, HRX8 seeks classmates and alumni whose experience, expertise, or relationships may be relevant.
When an alumnus expresses interest in helping, HRX8 seeks opportunities where that contribution may be useful.
The goal is simple: to make it easier for good people to support meaningful work.
