Current Initiatives
Meaningful work strengthened by alumni engagement
ClassACT HRX8 supports independent nonprofit initiatives founded, sponsored, or championed by classmates.
These organizations are already doing important work. HRX8 helps them draw upon alumni experience, judgment, professional expertise, and connections to address specific needs and extend their impact.
Each initiative remains independently governed and managed by its sponsoring organization. HRX8 provides support; it does not direct the work.

How HRX8 Supports Initiatives
HRX8 helps Current Initiatives identify where alumni experience and networks may be useful.
Support may include:
Strategic guidance
Governance and board development
Professional expertise
Introductions to potential partners or advisors
Communications support and increased visibility
Network-building
Practical assistance for growth and sustainability
The core idea is simple: connect people doing meaningful work with classmates and alumni who can help.
Interested in Helping?
Each initiative has different needs at different times. Some may need professional expertise, introductions, board or advisory support, or a thoughtful conversation with someone whose experience is relevant.
If one of these initiatives aligns with your interests, experience, or relationships, we welcome your involvement.
Have an Initiative That May Fit?
HRX8 considers nonprofit initiatives founded, sponsored, or championed by classmates for which the HRX8 network can provide targeted strategic, operational, professional, or relationship-based support.
